Diverting Excess Water
OUR INITIATIVES
Water Stabilization Initiative is a non-profit organization that focuses on redirecting flood waters in preparation for periods of droughts. Our initiatives aim to help communities in need by providing sustainable solutions to water scarcity. We will work with local governments and organizations to identify areas that are most vulnerable to water shortages and implement strategies to redirect water from flood-prone areas to those in need. Join us in our mission to create a more water-secure future for all!
Here is a picture of green grass growing in the desert.
Although there is sand all around, the constant moisture allows the grass to be grown despite its surrounding environment.
We envision doing the same for water-distressed communities:
providing a critical resource despite the conditions to help them thrive.
How dirty is this water? Is it safe for human consumption? Animal consumption?

There are many regions where the populations have to travel long distances in order to find water. And in many instances, the water is contaminated with bacteria. Unfortunately, this may be their only water source so the populations deal with what they can find. As a result, people end up getting sick and end up dehydrating their bodies by vomiting and diarrhea, a dysfunctional irony that detrimentally affects their health.

We, as an organization, want to provide communities with water that is not contaminated with disease and bacteria in order to prolong the life of humans and their animals.
